Cotham Parish Church's collection

We've had a long history of supporting a huge range of charities, and ADD International felt like a perfect fit. We include a short article in our newsletter and have a display at the back of the church. The gifts come from our church fund and from additional gifts from parishioners.

Deus' 10km race with Parallel London

Being a person with a disability, I have gone through a number of challenging situations in my life. But I’ve spent the past 5 years working to empower vulnerable people with disabilities, especially young people, to take on tasks that will help create a society where all people with disabilities can access and enjoy their rights. I feel that participating in Parallel London 2017 is an opportunity to give back and support fellow people with disabilities, so as to inspire and motivate them and show that they can achieve anything."

Eve's sponsored walk

Eve's sponsored walk

"I decided to do a 5-mile sponsored walk together with my Nan and raise money for all those disabled people who live in poverty. I made a presentation at school and collected sponsorship from my family and neighbour. The walk was quite long for me, but I managed to raise £634 for ADD International and it made me very happy to see that so many people were donating.”
