Gift Aid declaration

If you are a UK taxpayer, the value of your gift can be increased by 25% under the Gift Aid scheme at no extra cost to you. In order for us to reclaim the tax you pay on your donation(s) you must have paid UK income or Capital Gains Tax equal to the tax that will be reclaimed (currently 25p for each £1 you give).

Please remember to let us know if you cease paying tax or change address.

I understand that I must pay (or have paid) an amount of income tax or capital gains tax equal to the amount ADD reclaims on my donations in the tax year.
